Application Notes
- Select the die according to thread designation, standard and pitch
- Use a suitable die holder to keep the tool square to the workpiece axis
- Prepare the workpiece with a clean lead-in chamfer
- Apply suitable cutting fluid matched to the material
- Clear chips regularly and check the finished thread fit after machining
