DOCK ANGEL side folding Safety Barriers are primarily used to prevent people or forklifts from falling off the loading dock, which causes serious accidents and injuries.
However, thanks to the completely standardized design, this product can also be used for other applications.
 

• Safety Barrier (Guardrail) with gas springs, top rail, mid rail and toe board (100 mm in height).
• Robust construction for industrial use.
• State-of-the-art conception and quality.
• Pivot points made of Stainless Steel and maintenance-free igus® self-lubricating plain bearings.
• Double angled toe board - highly stable and no risk of injury - suitable for working environments where safety footwear is not mandatory.
• Innovative locking mechanism with double function (with intermediate articulation from a width of 2,000 mm).
• Handles with 27 mm diameter, comfortable to use.
• Material thickness of the steel profiles: 4 mm.
• Eyelets for padlocks:  allow the DOCK ANGEL to be locked when closed.

The product DOCK ANGEL has an identification plate with a serial number. Spare parts are available for a minimum period of 10 years,
also in the event of subsequent modification of the product by the manufacturer.

Material : high quality Steel. Stainless steel version 304L on request.

Surface finish : hot-dip galvanized and/or powder coating. The hot-dip galvanized coating last up to 50 years in rural environments and up to 25 years in more corrosive environments, such as coastal regions.

Color : traffic yellow RAL 1023 (standard) or every other RAL color if powder coated, or grey (hot-dip galvanized).

Optional DOCK ANGEL SignalLight 2.0 warning light: bright red LED light with contactless limit switch, flashing when the barrier is open (360° visibility).
Protection rating IP68 (dust-tight and waterproof). Operating voltage 220-230 V.
Supplied with a 5-metre power cable without plug; professional electrical connection to be provided on site.
Fully integrated into the receiving post, pre-assembled and retrofittable at any time.
The DOCK ANGEL SignalLight 2.0 is made in Switzerland.
