Epple 28 Sealing Compound removable blue 500ml

epple 28 is a solvent-based, silicone-free sealing compound based on a copolymer for flange, seam and thread sealing. The sealant remains elastic with a high plastic component, does not adhere to the contact surfaces and can therefore be peeled off/removed easily. Ideal for joints that need to remain removable.

Applications

• Flange and seam sealing on assemblies that must be opened again
• Sealing of surfaces and threads in removable joints
• Typical uses: e.g. manhole areas of heating oil tanks, submersible pumps, cleaning systems

Application Notes

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of dust/grease
• Stir material in the container if necessary
• Clean tools/uncured residues with Thinner 13

Storage & Shelf Life

• 24 months in unopened original container
• Store dry, cool and frost-free (ideal 5–30 °C)
