Castrol Hyspin™ AWS 15 is an anti-wear hydraulic oil (ISO VG 15) based on highly refined base oils enhanced with a stabilised zinc additive system.

Applications

• Industrial hydraulic systems requiring anti-wear protection
• Suitable for applications requiring high oxidation stability and good lubricating performance, such as lightly loaded gears and bearings
• Provides corrosion protection to ferrous and non-ferrous metal components found within hydraulic systems

• 

  Fully compatible with commonly used elastomers for seals (moving and static), such as nitrile, silicone and fluorinated polymers (e.g. Viton)

Product description

Hyspin AWS has been specially formulated using modern additive technology to provide very good anti-wear performance and thermal stability. The careful blend of additives with high quality base oils supports excellent hydrolytic and oxidative stability with minimal tendency to form sludge or deposits, while providing corrosion protection to ferrous and non-ferrous metal components in hydraulic systems.
