Shell Tonna S3 M 32 (formerly known as: Shell Tonna S) is a demulsifying special oil for machine tool slideways and guides (CGLP, ISO VG 32).

Applications

• Lubrication of slideways, guides, tables and feed mechanisms on machine tools
• Particularly suitable for machines with combined hydraulic and slideway systems
• Also suitable for gearboxes and headstocks of machine tools
• The lower viscosity grades 32 and 68 are particularly intended for horizontal slideways

• Excellent friction properties to reduce stick-slip and support precise positioning
• Good adhesion to slideway surfaces and resistance to wash-off by metalworking fluids
• Ready separation from water-miscible cutting fluids
• Excellent anti-wear performance for slideways, bearings, gears and hydraulic components
