Your requirements - our solution

Klüber Summit SH oils are compressed air compressor oils based on a synthetic hydrocarbon mixture with Additives.
These oils are miscible with mineral oils and synthetic hydrocarbon oils. Klüber Summit SH oils are not miscible with polyglycol-based oils.

Areas of application

Klüber Summit SH oils were specially developed for the lubrication of heavy-duty screw compressors. These oils are intended for oil change intervals of up to 10,000 operating hours in oil-injected screw compressors.
Klüber Summit SH oils can also be used to convert used compressors that were previously operated with mineral oils. Klüber Summit SH oils are largely neutral with respect to elastomers typically used in air compressors – leaks are not to be expected.
Klüber Summit SH 32 can be used specifically for the lubrication of turbo compressors, while Klüber Summit SH 100 was specially developed for piston compressors.
Due to the synthetic base oil, the Klüber Summit SH series exhibits excellent oxidation stability. The formation of
oxidation residues in the compressor is minimized, which, in addition to a long oil change interval, also contributes to a long service life of the
oil separator. Special inhibitors keep the compressor clean from the inside.
