Klüberfluid D-F 1 ULTRA is a running-in and repair lubricant suitable for manual spray application. It is based on mineral oil thickened with lithium soap and contains special additives.

Applications

Repair lubrication of damaged open gears; rapid running-in of new or newly aligned gear sets (rotary kilns, tube kilns and winches) in cement, power generation, mining, chemical, paper and sugar industry as well as the marine sector.
Applied in small quantities by manual spray (Klübermatic LB) or by brush; product must be stirred prior to application; not for automatic spray equipment or centralized systems.

Klüberfluid D-F 1 ULTRA was specially developed for repair lubrication of damaged open gears and for rapid running-in of new or newly aligned gear sets. To ensure optimum results, repair lubrication should be performed by experienced service engineers or technicians.
