Loctite AA 334 Acrylic glue for magnet bonding in electric motors 25ml

LOCTITE AA 334 (Loctite 334) is a light yellow, 1-part, two step acrylic, high viscosity, dual-cure, thixotropic, modified acrylic, magnet bonding adhesive. Heat can be used to effect or accelerate cure when surface priming operations are undesirable.

Application

• Securing permanent magnets in motor magnet bonding applications
• This product is primarily used for magnet bonding, but may also be used for general metal bonding

Characteristics

  Provides a tough flexible bond on gaps up to 0.02 in
• Used in conjunction with LOCTITE 7387 DEPEND ACTIVATOR or LOCTITE 7380 DEPEND ACTIVATOR, LOCTITE 334
• Has demonstrated the ability to provide tough, durable bonds with outstanding impact and peel resistance

Prevention:

• Wear protective gloves, eye protection, and face protection.

Response:

• IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of soap and water.
• IF INHALED: Remove person to fresh air and keep comfortable for breathing.
• IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to remove. Continue rinsing.
• Immediately call a poison control center or physician.
• If skin irritation or rash occurs: Get medical attention.
• Take off contaminated clothing.
• In case of fire: Use foam, dry chemical, or carbon dioxide to extinguish.

Storage:

• Store in a well-ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed.
• Keep cool.
• Store locked up.

Disposal:

• Dispose of contents/container in accordance with Federal, State/Provincial, and local regulations.
