WACKER ELASTOSIL® N9189 is a non-slump, one-component RTV-1 silicone rubber designed for sealing and electrically conductive bonding in electronics, automotive, railway and machinery applications. It cures at room temperature under air humidity and forms a durable, flexible silicone sealant with mild conductivity and excellent heat and weather resistance.

Processing Instructions

Applies via cartridge gun or dispensing system
Primerless adhesion on glass, ceramics, metals, plastics, coatings
Clean before full cure using white spirit or similar non-polar solvents

Storage & Safety

Store dry and cool in original packaging
Cures with release of ~3 % alcohol – ensure ventilation
Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes
