Elring 954.010 EL-Loc 70 Threadlocker high-strength green 50ml

Elring EL-Loc 70 is a high-strength, non-hazardous anaerobic screw lock designed for secure locking of metal threaded connections subject to impact loading, including passive materials such as high-grade alloy steel (e.g. stud bolts in engines or pumps). When air is excluded and metallic contact occurs, a media and temperature resistant sealing film forms and hardens.

Usage and Processing Instructions

1. Remove old residues and clean surfaces with solvent.
2. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of oil or grease.
3. Optimum processing temperature: +23 °C (ambient/substrate).
4. Apply evenly by pressing the bellows bottle; no airing time required.
5. Assemble components immediately according to manufacturer specifications.
6. Sealing function is immediate after assembly.

Storage

• Store in a cool (+5 °C to +23 °C), dark, and dry location.
• Minimum shelf life: 24 months in unopened container.
• Batch number format: YYWW (filling date).
