3M™ Scotch-Weld™ DP100 is a fast-curing, two-part epoxy adhesive for rigid, transparent bonds. The low-viscosity formulation is easy to dispense and is suitable for applications requiring a clear bond line and fast handling strength.

Technical Data

Application Notes

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of oil, dust, release agents and other contaminants.
• Insert the dual cartridge into the appropriate 3M EPX applicator and use with a suitable static mixer.
• Before attaching the mixing nozzle, dispense a small amount to ensure even flow from both components.
• Apply within the work life, join parts and keep them fixed during cure.
• For maximum shear strength, a bond line thickness of approx. 3–5 mil is recommended.
• Remove uncured residue with ketone-type solvents.

Storage & Shelf Life

• Store in original packaging at 16 °C to 27 °C.
• Shelf life: 15 months in the original unopened container.
