Weicon Fast-Metal Minute Adhesive - Liquid metal epoxy adhesive 24ml

Fast-Metal Minute Adhesive (highly filled, pasty, gap-filling; very short pot life; fast-curing) is a two-component epoxy adhesive ideal for repairs and bondings with larger bonding gaps or bigger tolerances.

Features

• Highly filled, pasty, gap-filling epoxy adhesive with very short pot life and fast curing

• Temperature resistance: −50 °C to +145 °C

Technical data

Application notes

1. Observe physical, safety, toxicological and ecological data in the EC safety data sheet.
2. Surface pre-treatment: bonding surfaces must be clean and dry (e.g. degrease with WEICON Surface Cleaner).
3. Apply the adhesive to one side. Pot life values refer to 10 ml at room temperature; larger batches and higher temperatures reduce pot life and curing time (rule of thumb: +10 °C halves pot life/curing time). Below approx. +5 °C no reaction takes place.
4. Storage: store unopened containers dry at +18 °C to +25 °C, protected from sunlight. Non-observance can reduce shelf life to 6 months. Possible crystallisation below +5 °C can be reversed by heating up to max. +50 °C (no open flame).
