3M™ Scotch-Weld™ EC-9323-2 B/A (black) is a thixotropic, sag-resistant 2-part structural epoxy paste adhesive. It cures at room temperature or with mild heat to form a tough, impact-resistant structural bond and adheres to metals, glass, ceramics, plastics, and composite materials such as GFRP/CFRP.

• Toughened system with very high shear and peel strength
• Room-temperature cure or accelerated cure with mild heat
• Very good resistance to harsh environments and chemical media (typical aerospace exposure)

Technical Data

Application Notes

• Surfaces must be clean, dry and free of grease; abrade and degrease again where required.
• Mix both components thoroughly until a uniform color is obtained; with a new static mixer, discard the first milliliters until homogeneous.
• Assemble parts within the open time and clamp/fix during cure (even contact pressure).
• Remove uncured residue with ketone-type solvents; once cured, material can only be removed mechanically.

• Store at room temperature in the original, unopened packaging.
• Shelf life: minimum 12 months from date of shipment (see label for expiry date).
