Silicone-Free Universal Release Agent for Thermoplastic Processing

Lusin® Alro OL 151 is a silicone-free release agent based on synthetic oils and additives. It is suitable for processing temperatures (tool temperature) up to 150°C. In addition to excellent release properties, Lusin® Alro OL 151 also offers outstanding lubricating properties and high load-bearing capacity.

Application

A uniform, thin film should be applied to the clean tool, paying particular attention to edges and undercuts. For cleaning, we recommend using Lusin® L 23 F or Lusin® MC1718 as mold cleaners and Lusin® Clean L 11 or Lusin® Clean L 51 as degreasers.

For further treatment of the parts such as metal coating, painting, etc., preliminary tests should be carried out.

Release agent residues can be easily removed by rinsing the parts with a mixture of water and degreaser (e.g. Lusin® Clean L 11)

• P410+P412: Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C/122°F.

Other Hazards

• No components are classified as persistent, bioaccumulative, and toxic (PBT) or very persistent and very bioaccumulative (vPvB).
• No components with endocrine-disrupting properties according to REACH and relevant regulations in quantities of 0.1% or more.
